 getherness. \n\nGroup Connections are a part of our Parents as Teachers (P
 AT) program. PAT is a valuable resource for families with children from pr
 enatal to five years of age. The Parents as Teachers program offers inform
 ation and support to help parents\, guardians\,\nand their children prepar
 e for a child’s transition to school. \n**Please note that you do not have
  to be enrolled in the PAT program to attend this event. \n\n
