For the month of May, we will be holding a Huggy Heart Coloring Contest. Download, color, and submit your artwork by Friday, May 24, for a chance to win a $50 Amazon gift card. The chosen artwork will also be featured in a holiday appeal. 

Participants must be 13 and under. Artwork may be submitted in person at the Derry Street location or emailed to communications@cactricounty.org.

Each May, during Community Action Month, we reflect on the impact TCCA has had on families. For over 58 years, we have been a force in eradicating poverty for low-income families and individuals throughout Cumberland, Dauphin, and Perry Counties.

To celebrate, we are hosting a Community Action Night at a Harrisburg Senators game on Thursday, May 23. Additionally, a social media campaign showcasing stories from community residents and staff, county proclamation ceremonies, financial literacy workshops for clients, and the illumination of the bridge and Capitol building from May 22-24 are planned.
