When you do, PJ Whelihan's will generously donate 15% of your bill to Tri County Community Action, helping us in our mission to break down barriers within our community. We believe in making a positive impact, one bite at a time.

Escape From Poverty
Due to the growing concerns of COVID-19 and out of an abundance of caution, we have decided to cancel our Escape From Poverty Event that was scheduled for October 9, 2021. But, your financial support is still needed! We will be hosting an online auction beginning September 30, 2021, and will conclude on October 10, 2021 at 11:59 p.m.
62,695 residents of Cumberland, Dauphin, and Perry Counties are struggling to survive and escape from poverty. TCCA exists to assist every one of those 62,695 residents to escape from poverty by providing a pathway to self-sufficiency, and we can't do it alone.
By participating in our online auction, you will make a difference in the lives of your neighbors. 100% of the proceeds will help our low-income neighbors and friends escape from poverty.
Winners will be notified on October 11, 2021. Items can be picked up at the Tri County Community Action office, 1514 Derry St. Harrisburg, PA 17104 between October 11-15, 2021 from 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
