Learn about our Elizabethville Office

                One of our five locations is in Elizabethville, PA. We provide a variety of services out of this office. Long-term case management is a service that we offer to Northern Dauphin County. Our case managers provide personalized support to individuals and families who are facing a variety of challenges.

                Emily Hall, Self-Sufficiency Coordinator, serves as a bridge for her clients, helping them to connect with a variety of community resources. There are many barriers that case management can address, such as housing assistance, employment, healthcare, education, budgeting and much more! We can assess clients' progress through their goals, advocate for clients who may not have the resources to advocate for themselves, and empower them to achieve self-sufficiency as they work through our programming.

                Our Elizabethville office has helped many people overcome financial or career challenges. This year, Emily has helped over 35 residents as they worked toward self-sufficiency, and that number continues to grow! We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to achieve their financial goals, and our case managers make that possible.
