Did you know that in many of our municipalities, if your electricity is disconnected, your home can be condemned and considered unfit for habitation?
What would you do if that happened to your family? Could you afford to find temporary housing to keep you all together? Would your kids be able to stay engaged with school? Would you be able to make it to work each day? Every day, families living in our region have to answer these challenging questions.
The programs and services we offer help families secure their housing, in turn keeping families healthy and together while living in the community of their choice
OnTrack is a special payment plan that offers reduced monthly payments, protection from shutoffs, and debt forgiveness to current PPL customers.
Operation HELP is funded by PPL, its employees, and customers to assist in paying the energy bills of individuals and families with special hardships.
In addition to case management programming, we also provide supportive services to select housing locations throughout Dauphin County. Our on-site staff work to promote a positive relationship between clients and providers, provide life skills programming for all residents and connect individuals and families to community resources. As a complement to our Self-Sufficiency Case Management programming which is available for up to 5 years, we also offer a number of ways to grow, learn, and succeed. These programs are available, free of charge, to all income-qualified participants.
