Energy Assistance through OnTrack
Tri County Community Action offers the PPL OnTrack Program to income-qualified households with an existing and active PPL account.
OnTrack Walk-In Hours of Operation:
Monday - Thursday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
We are not open for walk-in service on Fridays.
Walk-ins will need to complete their OnTrack application and provide proof of income.

Are you struggling on a limited income to pay the full cost of your electric service?
OnTrack is a special payment plan for PPL Electric customers with limited income (see income table below). The benefits of enrolling in the PPL Ontrack Program include*
- Stopping a potential electric service shutoff.
- A reduced monthly payment for your electric service.
- Cancellation of a portion of the debt owed for every on-time payment made to PPL Utilities.
- Referrals for energy education and weatherization services.

*Benefits and continued enrollment in the PPL OnTrack Repayment Program are all dependent upon customer making on time monthly payments and adhering to all policies and procedures which will be provided to customer at time of enrollment.

Security Deposit Waiver
We also offer a security deposit waiver for new or existing PPL utility customers. Customers must meet income guidelines to be considered for a waiver (up to 250% of FPIG).
